Raised in London, Daniel James McGowran built his career from the ground up, working his way through some of the capital’s most respected estate agencies to Director level. Over the course of 16 years in London, he gained invaluable experience selling a wide variety of homes — from first apartments to landmark residences — before relocating to Shropshire, where he now leads Daniel James Residential.

Daniel’s background has given him a unique blend of metropolitan polish and local insight. His years in one of the world’s most competitive property markets refined his skills in negotiation, marketing, and client service — qualities that now underpin every aspect of the business.
