We are delighted to share some exciting news — Daniel James Residential has been shortlisted for Estate Agency of the Year (West Midlands/East Midlands) at The Negotiator Awards 2025!
The Negotiator Awards, now in its 17th year, proudly holds its position as the UK’s leading and most prestigious independent awards programme. These awards celebrate excellence within the estate and letting agency sector while also recognising the invaluable contributions of suppliers and the wider residential property industry.
Renowned for their fairness and transparency, The Negotiator Awards have become the most respected and coveted accolades in our profession. For us to be recognised amongst the very best in the country is a huge honour and a testament to the hard work, dedication, and client-first ethos of our team.

A Record-Breaking Year for the Awards
“The significance and importance of The Negotiator Awards, in partnership with Zoopla, is reflected in a record-breaking year for the event, with the highest number of entries in its history — underlining The Negotiator Awards as the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents and their suppliers. This year also includes two new categories focused on the surveyors.”
He continued:
“Agents and their suppliers know their businesses best and The Awards are their opportunity to tell their own story, to shine a light on their own successes and skills and present their own case for recognition. It is a nationwide programme and is free to enter – but not easy to win! Our judging process is the most robust, open and transparent of any property awards, meaning that winning really demonstrates to the industry that the accolade ‘the best’ is truly meaningful.”
To have progressed through this rigorous judging process and reached the shortlist stage is an achievement in itself — and we couldn’t be more proud.
Looking Ahead to the Awards Ceremony
The winners will be announced at a prestigious black-tie gala dinner on Friday 28th November 2025, held at the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel in London. This event, often described as the property party of the year, will feature first-class entertainment, cabaret, and be hosted by a celebrity guest (to be revealed soon!). It is attended by over 1,000 property professionals from across the UK, creating a true celebration of the very best in our industry.
