My house had previously been on the market with another local estate agent and within the first 4 months we had zero viewings, so I was recommended to use Daniel James Residential.

Of the three we invited, Daniel was head and shoulders above the others and we easily made our decision.
I’ve seen him described as “a dapper young man” and I couldn’t put it better myself! Smart casual is his style, very smart! Well-groomed, polite and with an open, honest and caring personality that you feel you can open up to – I probably did so rather too much!
Over the first week or two, through regular telephone updates, Daniel always had time for a chat and would subtly get to know you and the life of the family whose home he’s been chosen to sell. Likewise, I got an insight into him, his background, his home life, his beloved wife and young son.
So, what does Daniel do differently? Most noticeably, he conducts all viewings himself which we’d never experienced before but we really liked this method. He always arrives in good time, he updates regularly without being chased, he calls back promptly if unable to take your call, he’ll help you look for your next place in terms of advice and speaking to estate agents on your behalf, he sees things through.
Daniel may be young and recently established but he brings with him 15 years or so of experience and clearly knows what people want. I thank him for conducting the sale of our home and wish him great success in his future.
