I’m originally from North West London, however I moved to Shropshire to start a family. My extended family are from North Shropshire, so I’ve spent a lot of time in the county over the years and it’s a place that’s close to my heart.

My experience includes working and managing award winning estate agencies in North West London, spanning across 19+ years. Utilising my skill set and successful blueprint I’m here to help others achieve their goal of moving home.

My goal is to become the go-to property people for my clients regardless of whether they are currently looking to move or rent, or just want some advice for the future. From the moment Daniel first answered my telephone call I knew he was the Estate Agent for me. Both Daniel and Jane have supported me with such professilism and empathy throughout my journey of selling my very elderly father’s home which he had lived in for over 30 years so he could move back to be closer to myself and his family in Cheshire. Moving home is stressful enough but for me moving my Dad at 93 years old was such a difficult task but Daniel and Jane bent over backwards supporting me ,guiding, advising me. They never failed to ask how I was ,how my dad was and that meant a lot and made a difference. Daniel and Jane not only know how to sell a property,they have such knowledge about the property market but its going that extra mile that counts they care about their clients. Daniel James is a relatively new entrant to the Oswestry estate agent market and from the moment I met Daniel I knew he was the estate agent to choose. Daniel is “on it”: he provides excellent client service and actively managed the process, driving it to exchange. He uses technology to streamline the on-boarding process and took time to learn about the house and ensured this was shared with buyers by doing the viewings himself (unlike the other 2 estate agents I met). Daniel listened to my feedback on the photos and he shared my attention to detail with the video and drone footage. Daniel found us a buyer without even going to market and proactively managed the buyers through a long and sometimes painful sale process, building a relationship with them as well as me. Daniel’s communication was excellent, keeping me updated throughout and responding quickly to me. My decision to “take a risk” and use Daniel rather than a more established estate agent has been validated throughout the process: I highly recommend him. Thank you Daniel!

If there was an option for more than 5 stars believe me i would give it. I live about 60 miles away from Oswestry so i didn’t know any of the estate agents. I chose Daniel James because they are a family run business and their reviews were good. They went above and beyond the call of duty and just got on with things and got everything sorted without me having to travel to Oswestry all the time. There are so many estate agents to choose from. Daniel James understand this fact and bring something new to the table, honesty. Daniel & Jane are a pleasure to deal with who inject a personal touch into a market that is normally a numbers game. If you are thinking of changing agents or listing your property, I would highly recommend calling these guys. We found Daniel to be extremely personable and professional with a quiet confidence. A confidence that led us to go abroad for a significant period during the sales cycle. I was recommended Daniel James by a friend who knew he would get me moving. I had sat with a high street estate agent for a great many quiet months losing faith in selling. Daniel was brilliant; we got a great video and online presence. I was also pleased that he refreshes the images regularly and bullds interest.Our previous agent went quiet on us but Daniel keeps you in the loop at all times and is amazingly responsive. I found it hard to communicate in normal hours, due to work commitments, amazingly this wasn’t a problem and I was never kept waiting.You get a first class service and a sold house, what more could you need?

I can’t rate Daniel highly enough! Efficient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable, but also very sensitive to our needs. Daniel is not from the “suit, tie and briefcase” brigade, where properties are, “delightful” or “exquisite” or even, “exquisitely delightful”! Oh no, Daniel is a new, rare breed of Estate Agent, like none we’ve seen around here before!Of the three we invited, Daniel was head and shoulders above the others and we easily made our decision.I’ve seen him described as “a dapper young man” and I couldn’t put it better myself! Smart casual is his style, very smart! Well-groomed, polite and with an open, honest and caring personality that you feel you can open up to – I probably did so rather too much!Over the first week or two, through regular telephone updates, Daniel always had time for a chat and would subtly get to know you and the life of the family whose home he’s been chosen to sell. Likewise, I got an insight into him, his background, his home life, his beloved wife and young son.So, what does Daniel do differently? Most noticeably, he conducts all viewings himself which we’d never experienced before but we really liked this method. He always arrives in good time, he updates regularly without being chased, he calls back promptly if unable to take your call, he’ll help you look for your next place in terms of advice and speaking to estate agents on your behalf, he sees things through.Daniel may be young and recently established but he brings with him 15 years or so of experience and clearly knows what people want.
